These Terms and Conditions must be read carefully before downloading the mobile application, using, visiting, or accessing any part of our website, any sub-domain, or website, and/or registering an account on the Website operated by Stotsenberg Leisure Park and Hotel Corporation, doing business as Casino Plus.

By downloading the mobile application, using, visiting, or accessing any part of our website, any sub-domain, or the Website, and/or registering an account on the Website, it is considered that these Terms and Conditions, along with our Privacy Policy, Cookies Policy, and any other applicable rules related to our gaming products available on the Website (collectively referred to as the “Terms”), have been read and agreed to. It is also deemed that all the Terms have been accepted and understood.

Amendments to Terms

The Terms may be amended, modified, or changed by the Licensee as necessary, without prior notice or user consent.

Player Confirmation

By registering on our website or mobile application, it is confirmed and affirmed that:

  1. The mandatory information provided is accurate and the submitted identification document is valid.
  2. The registrant is not among those prohibited from gambling, including:
  • Public officials (elective or appointive, permanent or temporary, in career or non-career service, compensated or not).
  • Members of the Armed Forces of the Philippines, including the Army, Navy, Air Force, or Philippine National Police.
  • Individuals under 21 years of age or students in any school, college, or university in the Philippines.
  • PAGCOR officials and employees.
  • Gaming site operators and their employees.
  • Unregistered players.
  • Banned individuals.
  • Spouses, common-law partners, children, and parents of officials and individuals mentioned above.

It is also affirmed that there has been no diagnosis of Compulsive Gambling Disorder, nor registration as a Self-Excluded Player according to PAGCOR guidelines.

Account Registration

To access our services, registration or account creation via our website or mobile application is required. Following PAGCOR rules, the Anti-Money Laundering Act, and other relevant regulations, registration is permitted only upon complete provision of mandatory information and submission of at least one valid government-issued ID.

Only one Online Platform Account is allowed per person. Once registered, all activities on the account are the user’s responsibility. Account credentials, including the password, must be kept secure and not shared. If the password is forgotten or lost, assistance can be requested from Customer Service, subject to verification.

Use of the Remote Gaming Platform

The Remote Gaming Platform (RGP) can be accessed via any mobile device or desktop. Only one device can use the account at a time; multiple logins will result in session termination on other devices. The account is strictly for gaming purposes.

Additional Provisions

  • Users must ensure their account credentials remain confidential. Any transaction made with the username and password is considered authorized by the user.
  • Any attempt to modify, reverse engineer, or tamper with the gaming application is prohibited.
  • The Licensee may request updates or additional proof of identification to ensure information accuracy and validity.

Account Funding / Withdrawal

To play on our Remote Gaming Platform (RGP), it is necessary to have sufficient funds in your account.

  • Deposits: Funds can be deposited into your online account through various authorized online payment methods. An initial deposit of Five Thousand Pesos (Php5000) is required, which will be locked in for sixty (60) days.
  • Personal Information: Specific personal information, including details about the payment method, must be provided for confirmation. The Licensee ensures compliance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 and other relevant regulations regarding the confidentiality of your financial information and personal data.
  • Taxes and Fees: Applicable taxes and fees from game winnings, including necessary bank charges, are your responsibility.
  • Processing Time: Real-time posting of deposits or withdrawals is not guaranteed, as processing is subject to the policies, procedures, and turnaround time of our partner financial institutions.

Game Selection

Players can choose games from the CASINO PLUS Platform and join available games with specified minimum and maximum bets.

  • Disconnection: If a player is disconnected after successfully placing a bet, the bet will still be considered valid, and the game will continue. Account credits and debits will be processed according to the game results.


It is acknowledged and agreed that the Licensee is not liable for any losses or damages incurred due to your fault or negligence, or that of third parties. The Licensee will not be liable for incomplete funding instructions caused by:

Insufficient funds
Withdrawal exceeding transactional limit
System maintenance or downtime
Unforeseeable events (e.g., fire, flood, system breakdown)
Foreseen events preventing proper transaction implementation

Changes to Terms and Conditions

Termination or Suspension

The Licensee reserves the right to terminate, close, freeze, or suspend your account and/or hold or forfeit winnings for the following reasons:

Violation of Terms and Conditions (e.g., incomplete “Know Your Customer” procedure)
Being listed in the National Database for Restricted Persons (NDRP)
Use of multiple accounts
Abuse of promotional guidelines
Being under 21 years old or a banned personality
Use of bot software
Non-gaming use of the account or suspicious transactions subject to investigation
Deposits, withdrawals, or transfers from/to an unregistered payment/banking channel subject to investigation

  • You acknowledge that using third-party services for transactions allows the Licensee to use the provided information.
  • Depositing, withdrawing, or transferring funds from/to an unregistered payment/banking channel may lead to account suspension or termination, subject to further investigation.
